2022 is a special year! We are celebrating the 75th anniversary of Dobson Industrial Inc.
Back in 1947, Kenneth Goddard and J. Gilbert Dobson founded Dobson Heavy Haul in Bay City, MI as a local machinery moving company with only a couple pieces of equipment.
Today, Dobson Industrial Inc. has grown to become one of the region’s largest specialty contractors. Offering structural steel erection/installation, steel fabrication, industrial plant maintenance and renovations, rigging and machinery moving, warehousing, and specialized transportation.
Dobson Industrial provides safe, timely, high-quality work based on family values set forth over 75 years ago and continuing today.
The company would like to thank all employees, vendors, customers, and most of all, the families of all who were involved in making this organization what it is today. Without those who put the time and effort into their careers, Dobson Industrial would not be where it is today. Thank you for all that you’ve done for us!
